Decent Pizza

I've ordered from decent pizza before as takeout. I love this pizza. Family came from Orlando to visit in route to their destination. Dinner was suggestion and with 3 Teenagers,Pizza was the destination. I took them to Decent Pizza. Being the night before Thanksgiving I was unsure as to what to expect for a crowd. 8:30 pm and only 2 other parties were there. They soon left and it was my sole group there. Upon arrival to the desk, a very polite and friendly woman, Riley greeted us and patiently waited for us to get our order together. Upon payment, the crew flew into action and we weren't waiting long before our Garlic Knots and Salad were delivered. Riley took care of everything and served the table. When the 20' pizza was served, the 3 Teenagers eyes were wide open and smiles to their faces. They devoured the pizza with compliments of the freshness of the cheese and ingredients. They loved it! No more Papa John's for them. Riley and the crew were fantastic and ensured our satisfaction. Thanks for providing us a great experience and fantastic pizza.

Hands down the best pizza in Tallahassee! It was tantalizingly delicious in a way that tickled my taste buds and sent them into a frenzy of joy. I grew up in the city of Chicago and this gave me a taste of home like no other pizza place has done before. Now let me tell you about the staff. WOW, what amazing service! They made every customer feel like a family dinner on Friday night. Plus, the food came out fairly quickly for being baked fresh. I am just blown away by this place and can't recommend it enough. I wish I could put down 6 stars!

Got there when the doors opened on 12/9/2023. Pizza was good/fresh. The cook (female with black hair) really needs spoken to. I didn't have an issue with her having no sleeves on her T-Shirt. Until she lifted her arms and she had more Armpit hair than I did. If she is going to have Armpit hair at least wear a shirt that has sleeves.

I remember having really good pizza here in the past. But what I got today was not good at all. I ordered a pizza with pepperoni and sausage, well done. It was below average. Too much sauce, not enough cheese. All I tasted in the whole pizza was sauce. It was not well done at all. The pepperoni was floppy, pale, and tasteless. I'm very confused by the sausage. It was delivered as really large paper thin slices. Something like pepperoni sized. I've never seen anything like this before. They too were tasteless. It was just all sauce taste. The cheese was good quality and occasionally there was a cheese pull. The underside of the pizza was pale with just a hint of darkening here and there. No crisp at all. Just chewy bread. All in all this is not a premium pizza at all. Maybe Decent is trying to cut costs and is using cheap ingredients now? It all tasted average and cheap. On the plus side: The cook who delivered my pizza was very friendly and personable. The music playing in the background was some kind of classic soul/R&B and was a welcome addition to the atmosphere.
